Price Match Policy
If you find the same item at a lower price with another competitor, we will match that price and refund the difference with a coupon code. Simply provide proof of the lower price, and we'll issue the coupon for the difference. Applicable on non-sale items only.
The Price Match policy is only available and redeemable for online orders.
Price Match Guarantee
Price match is applicable only for items purchased on Etoile La Boutique that for the following conditions.
- The item must be identical: same brand, colour, size and style.
- The item must be full-price. Items on sale, i.e., discounted, promotional, outlet, second hand and sale items are not considered.
- The price match should be claimed within 14-days from the day of order purchase.
- The item must have been delivered to claim a price match
- The item must be in stock at the claim price on a registered competitor* website
- The item must have the same country set for shipping on the competitor’s* website as Etoile La Boutique delivery country. Also, it should be united arab emirates, ksa, bahrain, kuwait or oman.
- Purchase must be in the same currency of price match, i.e. AED/SAR/OMR/KWD/BHD/QAR. In case, the prices were not set to one of those currencies, it would be matched using the following exchange rates**:

- Only the price of the item as listed on the competitor’s website will be considered for price match. The value of the full order on the competitor’s website will not be considered.
- Ensure you have an Etoile La Boutique account. If you don’t, you can create your account here.
- Note the shopping links for the item on Etoile La Boutique and the competitor’s website.
- Contact us via our customer service WhatsApp or Email and share the shopping links of the item from Etoile La Boutique and the competitor’s website.
- Our customer service team will evaluate your price match request and upon approval, you will be awarded a gift card which is equal to the price difference between the price of the item on Etoile La Boutique and the competitor’s website.
- This gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Some exclusions apply*
Return conditions for Price Match
We do not accept return requests against items that have been approved under our price match policy.
Competitor Details*
Who is a competitor:
- a competitor is any registered website with a collection of luxury brands and products that we believe to be comparable to Etoile La Boutique’s collection.
Who is not a competitor:
- Any discount, liquidation, auction, outlet websites undergoing closing down are not considered to be competitors.
- Websites that do not display prices in currencies other than: AED/SAR/OMR/KWD/BHD/QAR are not be an elligible competitor.
