Etoile La Boutique offers shipping across the Middle East: UAE, Saudi Aabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.

Free delivery for all online orders in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery fees applicable for all other countries.
All deliveries in the UAE are done via our courier partner, Quiqup. All deliveries outside the UAE are done via our courier partner, DHL.
Free world-wide delivery for all online orders above AED 10,000.
The delivery charges will be indicated in AED at your order check out page.
All orders are processed and shipped from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GST, all days of the week.
For prepaid orders, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may request our courier partner to leave the parcel at your door step (at your own risk). For ‘cash on delivery’ orders, our courier partner will contact you before delivery to ensure that you are available to complete the payment at the time of delivery.
Our customer service timings are Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM, GST.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DURATION
All deliveries in the UAE: Enjoy FREE same day delivery for all Dubai orders placed before 5:00 PM GST. For other Emirates, get FREE next day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 PM GST. All deliveries will be done via our courier partner, Quiqup.
All deliveries for SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT and OMAN: For all major cities in the above countries, get your delivery in 2 – 3 business days. For all remote cities in the above countries, get your delivery in 4 – 5 business days. All deliveries will be done via our courier partner, DHL.
All deliveries for rest of the world: Enjoy FREE world-wide shipping for all orders above AED 10,000. For orders below AED 10,000 – the shipping fees will be charged as per your delivery address, city and country, calculated as per our courier partner, DHL’s rates.
General Instructions: The above mentioned shipping methods and duration are only an estimate. The shipping methods and duration may vary due to unprecedented events. You will be notified via our Custmer Service WhatsApp and Email if there are any changes to your order delivery.
UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS & TRACK YOUR ORDER
Update your address: You may update your shipping address by contacting us on our Custmer Service WhatsApp and Email. Please mention your order nbr or the name of the person under which the order is placed.
Track your order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking link on your registered email ID. In case you have not received it, please contact us on our Custmer Service WhatsApp and Email.
